How can I purchase tickets?

Pay by credit card when you register right here on this Eventbrite page! For this convenience, please be aware you will be charged a small service fee per ticket.

As always, if you prefer to pay by check, please make a check out to "The Wedgewood Club" and either hand it directly to or mail it to: Stacy Chandler, 8 Brooksbie Road, Bedford MA 01730 or leave it at the Snack Bar. Please note: You still need to register online when paying by check, just add the "Pay by check" ticket options to your cart.

Will tickets be available at the door?

Admission Only tickets will be available at the door for an additional fee of $3 per ticket ($8 total) but we prefer tickets to be purchased in advance, if possible, since club staffing is dependent on how many people attend. Dinner tickets MUST be purchased in advance and won't be available at the door.

What should I bring?

Bug spray, chairs and adult beverages, if desired. Please remember that there is NO GLASS allowed at Wedgewood. Please discreetly transfer any beer and/or wine into plastic cups. If you prefer to buy Admission Only tickets and bring a picnic dinner, you are welcome to. Contributions of desserts are always welcome but there is no obligation.

May I bring a guest to Family Day?

In order to staff the club appropriately to keep all of our members safe, Family Day is a Members Only event.

What's the refund policy?

You may cancel your registration for a full refund (minus any fees charged if you paid by credit card) prior to July 15th. We need to submit the final numbers to the caterer on Monday, July 16th.
